• Powder Combustion process utilizes oxygen, air and fuel gas to sustain combustion.  The powder to be sprayed is injected or gravity fed into the gun where it is then inserted into the flame.  Once in the flame, the powder becomes molten and the flame jet atomizes the material where it is propelled to the surface to be coated.
