- The
Wire Arc process is an electrical process. In this process two
electrically charged wires are brought together at a controlled rate to
form and sustain a stable arc. The heat generated by the arc melts the
material and the gun’s atomizing air-stream propels the molten material
to the substrate to form a coating.
